Términos y Condiciones de Uso

El presente documento regula el acceso y uso del sitio web cardiotest.com.mx (el "Sitio"), propiedad de Cardiotest Pro S.A. de C.V. (nombre comercial cardiotest). Al acceder o utilizar el Sitio, usted (el "Usuario") acepta plenamente estos Términos y Condiciones. Si no está de acuerdo, deberá abstenerse de utilizarlo.
1. Objeto del Sitio
El Sitio tiene como finalidad brindar información institucional y educativa sobre los servicios de ecocardiografía y eco Doppler que ofrece cardiotest, así como facilitar el contacto y la solicitud de citas. El contenido del Sitio tiene carácter informativo y no constituye asesoría, diagnóstico ni tratamiento médico. Para el detalle sobre la naturaleza del contenido, consulte el Aviso Legal y de Responsabilidad Médica.
2. Uso permitido
El Usuario se obliga a utilizar el Sitio de manera lícita, conforme a estos Términos, a la moral, las buenas costumbres y el orden público. Queda prohibido:
- Utilizar el Sitio con fines ilícitos, fraudulentos o que puedan dañar los derechos o intereses de terceros o del Responsable.
- Introducir o difundir virus, código malicioso o realizar acciones que alteren, dañen o inutilicen el Sitio o sus contenidos.
- Intentar acceder de forma no autorizada a áreas restringidas, servidores o sistemas asociados al Sitio.
- Reproducir, copiar, distribuir o explotar comercialmente los contenidos sin autorización previa y por escrito.
3. Propiedad intelectual
Todos los contenidos del Sitio —incluyendo textos, diseños, logotipos, la marca cardiotest, el lema "Vemos por la salud de tu corazón", imágenes, gráficos, videos, iconografía, código y su selección y disposición— son propiedad de Cardiotest Pro S.A. de C.V. o de terceros que han autorizado su uso, y están protegidos por la Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial, la Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor y demás legislación aplicable. Ninguna disposición de estos Términos transfiere al Usuario derecho de propiedad intelectual alguno.
4. Citas, cotizaciones y disponibilidad
La información sobre servicios, disponibilidad y, en su caso, precios, es de carácter referencial y puede modificarse sin previo aviso. La solicitud de una cita a través del Sitio o de WhatsApp no constituye una confirmación; toda cita queda sujeta a confirmación por parte del Laboratorio.
5. Limitación de responsabilidad
El Responsable procura que la información del Sitio sea correcta y esté actualizada, pero no garantiza la ausencia de errores, la disponibilidad ininterrumpida ni que el Sitio esté libre de virus u otros componentes dañinos. En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, el Responsable no será responsable de daños o perjuicios derivados del uso o imposibilidad de uso del Sitio, ni de decisiones tomadas por el Usuario con base en la información publicada. El contenido no sustituye la consulta médica; consulte el Aviso Legal y de Responsabilidad Médica.
6. Enlaces a sitios de terceros
El Sitio puede contener enlaces a páginas de terceros, incluidos canales de mensajería como WhatsApp. El Responsable no controla ni es responsable de los contenidos, políticas o prácticas de dichos sitios. El acceso a ellos es responsabilidad exclusiva del Usuario.
7. Privacidad y datos personales
El tratamiento de los datos personales que el Usuario proporcione a través del Sitio se rige por el Aviso de Privacidad Integral, disponible en cardiotest.com.mx.
8. Modificaciones
El Responsable podrá modificar en cualquier momento estos Términos y Condiciones, así como la presentación y contenidos del Sitio. Las modificaciones surtirán efecto a partir de su publicación. Se recomienda al Usuario revisar periódicamente este documento.
9. Ley aplicable y jurisdicción
Estos Términos y Condiciones se rigen por las leyes de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos. Para la interpretación y cumplimiento del presente documento, el Usuario y el Responsable se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los tribunales competentes de la ciudad de Guadalajara, Jalisco, México, renunciando a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles por razón de sus domicilios presentes o futuros.

This document governs access to and use of the website cardiotest.com.mx (the "Site"), owned by Cardiotest Pro S.A. de C.V. (trade name cardiotest). By accessing or using the Site, you (the "User") fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using it.
1. Purpose of the Site
The purpose of the Site is to provide institutional and educational information about the echocardiography and echo-Doppler services offered by cardiotest, as well as to facilitate contact and appointment requests. The content of the Site is informational in nature and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For details regarding the nature of the content, please consult the Legal Notice and Medical Disclaimer.
2. Permitted use
The User agrees to use the Site in a lawful manner, in accordance with these Terms, with morality, good customs, and public order. The following are prohibited:
- Using the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in any manner that may harm the rights or interests of third parties or of the Data Controller.
- Introducing or spreading viruses or malicious code, or performing actions that alter, damage, or disable the Site or its content.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, servers, or systems associated with the Site.
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting the content without prior written authorization.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including texts, designs, logos, the cardiotest trademark, the motto "Vemos por la salud de tu corazón," images, graphics, videos, iconography, code, and their selection and arrangement — is the property of Cardiotest Pro S.A. de C.V. or of third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected by the Ley Federal de Protección a la Propiedad Industrial (Mexican Federal Law for the Protection of Industrial Property), the Ley Federal del Derecho de Autor (Mexican Federal Copyright Law), and other applicable legislation. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to the User.
4. Appointments, quotes, and availability
Information about services, availability, and, where applicable, prices, is provided for reference only and may be changed without prior notice. Requesting an appointment through the Site or via WhatsApp does not constitute a confirmation; every appointment is subject to confirmation by the Laboratory.
5. Limitation of liability
The Data Controller endeavors to keep the information on the Site correct and up to date but does not warrant the absence of errors, uninterrupted availability, or that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Data Controller shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, nor for decisions made by the User based on the information published. The content does not replace medical consultation; please consult the Legal Notice and Medical Disclaimer.
6. Links to third-party sites
The Site may contain links to third-party pages, including messaging channels such as WhatsApp. The Data Controller does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such sites. Access to them is the exclusive responsibility of the User.
7. Privacy and personal data
The processing of the personal data the User provides through the Site is governed by the Comprehensive Privacy Notice, available at cardiotest.com.mx.
8. Amendments
The Data Controller may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, as well as the presentation and content of the Site. Amendments will take effect upon publication. The User is advised to review this document periodically.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For the interpretation and performance of this document, the User and the Data Controller expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, waiving any other venue that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles.
